Alone

Today was my first half day by myself with Violet and Parker. I was a little nervous how it was all going to "work" together. I was mostly concerned with how to give attention to Violet. But she did wonderful this morning!

My mom came over to take us on a small grocery trip ( I can't drive for another week...) and it as my first outing out of the house! (besides going on walks) yay! Due to the excitement of grandma coming over (and the lawn care men mowing) V did not take a nap at her normal time. Thankfully 10 mins after my mon left I had 2 sleeping children!! It was a wonderful 15 min! (bc then Parker had to nurse)

I attempted to fix dinner, which thankfully most of it was cooked already. The Newmans brought us fried rice and I heated up tofu and lumpia. It was all delicious!

It felt good and normal today. I even managed to put on mascara :)
