We went out to eat with friends on Saturday and Parker was not having it. It was loud, hot and he didn't really get an afternoon nap. So I took him outside to settle down and look around. A lady was walking by and
Lady: oh how cute! He's a big baby! How old is he?
Me: yeah he is! 4 months, but 9 month clothes are getting snug on him!
Lady: stares for a long time)
Me: (smiling)
Lady: yeah my girls were big (insert weight and height of both daughters) how big was he?
Me: 8lbs 5oz
Lady: is this your first?
Me: no, second.
Lady: well they will just get bigger!
Me: ha (fake laugh with a smile)
Lady: (keeps staring at parker)
Me: (talking to Parker)
Lady: I just keep looking at the size of his head and think "OUCH! wow that must of hurt"
Me: I had a c-section
Lady: whew!

omg...i always hear stories of women with babies or who are pregnant and people randomly come up to them and say stuff like that..it's crazy they feel like it's okay to just say whatever comes to mind! still makes you laugh though!
