New Year, New You

I'm a firm believer in goals. I think they are ultimately good, whether you keep them or not, it shows you have dreams of moving forward in life. The new year is a fresh start, a clean slate of what could be different from last year.

I like to set goals. I don't always meet them but my intentions are good. For example, I have a daily goal to at least drink 3-4 full camelbak water bottles (that's about 9-12 cups of H20) Personally I feel better and my body works better hydrated.

Since from my previous post of our very crazy NYE, I've been trying to decide on a few goals for the year. And considering I've been suffering a major head cold the past week and a half, I haven't "officially" been pursuing any goals except drinking a lot of water and blowing my nose.

Without further ado, here they are plan and simple...

1. Read
2. Get more sleep
3. Deepen my faith
4. Be healthy

***disclaimer: these are subject to be changed or added to at any moment. But for the most part I think these are a good start
