Bathroom Re-do::Part 2

Two months have past since my last bathroom update! We have made a little more progress, but it has been a slow process. We just keep telling ourselves we are literally saving thousands of dollars by doing it ourselves!

While I'll be completely honest and say sharing one bathroom between the 4 of us gets very crowded and messy...I'm continue to be thankful for a bathroom! Amen!

Soooo basically Parker's room is "done" meaning...it needs to be painted and new carpet...and then it will be done. Our closet is also "done" being worked in but also needs paint, carpet and shelves put up. Okay, both of these aren't done, but our main focus is trying to finish the bathroom.

The Bathroom has made some progress. The plumbers came back a few weeks ago to finish covering the drain and adjusting the pipes (I can't remember exactly, but the guy was super nice and told me about what he did and I politely said "oh great! Thank you so much!") This past weekend Bryson demo-ed our vanity, laid the concrete in the shower, build the shower curb, and put up the board behind the shower.

We have a shower curb

Also our tile is here!! I give all credit to Bryson designing and picking things out! It's not that I wasn't interested, but it sorta stressed me out trying to decide on top of having to take care of kiddos and ignoring the fact half our house is a wreck. (Remember, I'm very type A. So this is a for sure adjustment/learning process) Anyways here is our tile, just waiting for tile guy (with his translator) to come by and do some work!

White will be floor and the blue/green is the shower tile.

I'm looking forward to seeing what it will look like in the end!

Stay tuned!
