In attempts to blog more (for my one adoring fan that reminds me to blog more) I want to start "Foodie Friday"I find it interesting what people eat and food people feed their kids! (Also my kids eat A LOT) im always looking for new food and recipes to try. Hopefully every Friday I can post "Foodie Friday" A documentation of the food we eat on Fridays.
Breakfast
7:30am- This morning was a little crazy trying to make and serve food to everyone! I didn't get a chance to actually take a picture of the breakfast... Violet actually ran away when I snapped this picture. Parker- scrambled egg, grapes, cinnamon and raisin bagel
Me- PB and Strawberry tropical strawberry Shakeology
Snack
10:23am- we all decided we were hungry again
Me- Egg in a hole and coffee
Lunch
12:30pm- After sorta eating at a friends house we continued lunch outside by the "pool"
Violet and Parker- Mac n cheese, pretzels, string cheese and watermelon
......apparently they were still hungry an hour later and Violet had cereal w/ blueberries and a qunioa chia seed pudding and Parker had sweet potatoes, grapes and lunch meat.
2:30pm- once I got everyone down for a nap I made lunch: leftover teriyaki chicken over qunioa
Dinner
6:15pm- I have been craving salads lately. Maybe because of the warmer weather a crisp cool salad just sounds refreshing and light.
Violet- cheese quesadilla, strawberries and pork chop bites (not pictured)
Parker- cheese quesadilla, strawberries, corn and black beans
Me and Bryson- big ol salad!! Corn, black beans, cheese, egg, tomatoes, and a leftover soy sauce and brown sugar seared sliced pork chop (not pictured)
