Lunch
1:07- I threw this together while the kids played after their lunch
Pasta stir fry- noodles, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, garlic, peas, carrots, chia seeds, sriracha, soy sauce and teriyaki
Y'all I was so stuffed!! It was really filling and my mouth was burning due to my common overload of sriracha.
Dinner
6:15- Bryson went to Maggiano's for lunch and brought home fettuccine Alfredo leftovers. I on the other hand had already prepped overnight oatmeal. I had been craving something cold and sweet but nutritious.
Me- peanut butter and chocolate overnight oats (I know looks a little nasty from the pic! I only let it sit in the fridge for 30 mins when usually you let it sit "overnight")
