Looking back at an old blog I wrote in April about my new role as a mommy made me realize how different Violet it already! It has been so much fun for Bryson and I to see her personality develop. She is very happy, sweet and determined little girl! (The determined part has potential to get her in trouble in 2 years...uhoh!) I am really enjoying being a stay at home mom. I love the freedom I have to my schedule and the time to play with Violet. Some 8 months highlights:
*Traveling a lot! Violet has been such a trooper and a super good traveler with us this past month!
*Crawling and Standing up ALL the time! She pulls up on everything and cruises along. Walking will be here very soon.
*2 or 3 naps a day, anywhere from 30mins to 1.5 hours
*Scared of the vacuum
*Learning to cough...she this is so funny.
*Wearing 9month or 12 month clothing!
*No longer breastfeeding. We slowly started to wean her at 6 months and it just so happened to be perfect timing to be completely finished before we left for our Kansas City trip.
*She is sooo chatty these days, especially when she first wakes up, saying "bubba" "dadada" and many others.
*Loves to dance to music. Her Fav song is "hey soul sister" by Train. My dad plays this song at least once a day for her!
*Facinated with cell phones and remote controls
This is all I can remember off the top of my head, I'm too lazy to check her baby book I have upstairs!
