For the past couple of months I've really been enjoying Indian food! The spices and flavors are so delicious! So I found this packet of goodness in the grocery store and gave it a try.

All I needed extra was 2 onions, tomato paste, water, and shrimp. Mix and cook together.

The smell of it cooking was so strong and good! We served it on top of rice with a few sprinkles of cilantro! This is a spicy dish so beware! And it only took about 30 mins to prepare!

Dinner #2: Baked Lemon Pasta
I'm a huge fan of "The Pioneer Woman" website! She is full of ideas for cooking, decorating, style and life in general! Last night I cooked her Baked Lemon Pasta dish!! Take a look and her picture of it:

Doesn't it make you hungry!?! The recipe is really really simple! And if you are a fan of sour cream (my husband can it spoonfuls of it!) this is the perfect dish for you! I cooked a few chicken breasts to go with it and served with a side salad. I gave the pasta mixture a try before baking it and loved it! I may have baked it a little too long because the flavor wasn't as strong after...so next time I may just leave out the baking part and eat as is! We will definitely be eating this again!
