3 Day Refresh - Results

I woke up Friday excited!! The 3 day refresh was over and I wanted to know my results!  I got my scale out and did my measurements....super surprised and shocked! 

My goal in the 3 Day Refresh was to kickstart better eating habits, to be more aware of healthy food options. And I realized that I do actually really like veggies (no surprise here!) and I should be eating more of them. Don't get me wrong I like pizza and burgers and beer! Which all in moderation is totally fine! Also, I hardly ever lose actual pounds while doing a workout programs. I usually tone up (lose inches) but weight stays the same, which is great! 

Here are my results: 
Down 6lbs and 2 inches lost from my waist! 


Now the two questions that have come up a lot from others have been "omg! Are you starving?!?" Actually no! I had a ton of water and spaced out the fruit, veggies, healthy fat options throughout my day. The Shakeology and Vanilla Fresh shakes have a lot of protein and helped not feeling hungry though its a low calorie/vegan diet. Day 3 was a challenge and I was not being nice! So I doubled my veggie intake to help me out!

 Next question "So...TMI but were you like staying home "going to the bathroom" ALL day?!" I totally thought I would be, but nope! I'm sure everyone's body is different but I did not have to be a slave to the potty! After all it is a "cleanse" but I'm "regular" anyways so I did not have tummy troubles and so thankful I could still go out and about during my days! I did pee a lot more, but I was drinking about 100oz of water too.

Thanks for all the questions and encouragement! I would totally recommend the 3 Day Refresh if you are getting ready for an event, after an indulgent vacation, wanting to eat healthier or starting a workout program. I will be doing it again for sure! My next group is starting Monday and I have another one starting August 11 too! So let me know if you are interested!
