3 Day Refresh - Day 3

Okay let's be real. Day 3 was my biggest challenge. I was cranky and hungry. 

I followed the meal plan but doubled my veggie and hummus intake. This stay at home mommy needed to be nice!! So the extra food helped! And we went to Trader Joe's to pick up a few grocery items and well their hummus is SO good! 

I realized on day 3 that until I had the vanilla fresh did I feel full. It has 20 grams of protein so it really helped!! I also really liked the Vanilla Fresh with 2tsp Mexican Vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon added to it, a few ice cubes and shaken up was really yummy! 

I did TurboFire Stretch 40, which is a yoga class. It was so nice to stretch and use my muscles. I needed a distraction! 

At dinner I ate a spinach salad with the fam and again after the kids went to sleep I had the Vanilla Fresh. I liked that I have waited to have the Vanilla Fresh until after our typical dinnertime, so it made me still feel satisfied and not starving.

I was so excited to go to bed so I could wake up to see if I had any changes!!!
